The condition of this vintage Royale Touranger touring caravan is in very good condition for its age,

The Royale story

The company began manufacturing its luxury tourers in 1969 and was set up in Gloucester by several personnel from Safari Caravans (another luxury maker).

By the end of that year they had built their first van, a two-berth Royale at 3.83m long and priced for the 1970 season at £750, a fair sum back then.

Using a GRP roof and end panels, the Royale was distinctive and soon these hand-built luxury caravans had found their niche in the prestige market. The spec was high, with flued gas heaters, slatted bed bases and side gas lockers.

Please note all caravans brought from Spreyer Holiday Parks are sold to include siting, aerial and gas safe certificate, all our caravans have been inspected and prepared to a high standard, taking this into account they are sold as seen, although we would endeavour to correct any major unforeseen defects found within the first week after handover of sale.
 
All caravans and twin lodge/units on our parks are for holiday use only, residential use is not permitted

All our grass touring fields are ideal level land for touring, caravan, motorhome and camping, designed especially for you – within tree lined areas of the park.

‘OAK’ – area is centrally located to all the parks facilities ideal for families – child friendly touring pitches.

‘ASH’ – area is located just beyond our onsite pub, with our main washroom facilities nearby, also child friendly touring pitches

‘MEADOW’ – area is our non-electric field, away from the main areas of the park, child friendly camping and touring pitches.

‘PINE’ – area is our adult only location, for those wishing for a quieter time, to sit and relax and unwind on an adult only site.

‘SEASONAL PITCHES’ – we are able to offer seasonal pitches so you can come and go as you please – without the need to tow your caravan and without the worry of storing, with our onsite storage facility.

‘CARAVAN STORAGE’ – our onsite storage compound is safely tucked away within the park, ideal for those not wishing to tow back and forth and without the space at home, let us store for you.
